  I have been the Senior Agent here at the Ashford branch for almost five years with over 21 years continuous insurance experience, specialising mainly in commercial insurance. My main role is to look after the needs of our existing customers which I enjoy doing on a face to face basis. I am privileged to work with a great team here at the Ashford branch.   I joined NFU Mutual in November 2006 with over 14 years experience in the insurance industry. Primarily my role involves dealing with and assisting commercial customers with all their insurance needs.   With over 15 years management experience I am a relative newcomer to NFU Mutual. I aim to manage the branch efficiently to ensure that we give excellent customer service at all times. If we can help you with your insurance, pensions or investments pop in for a cuppa or give us a call and we’ll be happy to assist you.

  Jenny McClintock - Senior Sales Support / Claims Handler

  I am a Senior Sales Support Clerk within the Ashford NFU Mutual branch. I mostly deal with the claims but can also process policy changes for customers and cover queries on many other subjects within the branch.

  Hanniah Walker - Sales Support Clerk

  Being located at the front of the branch I will often deal with customers who visit us personally. I can deal with policy queries and amendments for our existing customers and new business quotations.

  Becky Smith - Sales Support / Account Clerk

  I mainly deal with sending our existing customers renewal papers out and answering any account queries. However I can also help with any motor, personal and equine insurance queries you may have.
