A former teacher, I am the claims manager for the Agency. Should you wish to make a claim, I will handle it fairly and efficiently to ensure excellent customer service.
Susan Thomas - Processing & Accounts Manager
I am based in Bridgend and my role is managing NFU Mutual's accounts, including renewals, amendments to policies, direct debits and card payments. I also handle motor, personal and equine issues.

Jeff is our experienced Financial Consultant who has worked for NFU Mutual for over 20 years. Jeff will advise you and your family on a range of NFU Mutual products including investments, regular savings, pensions and protection.
