  I joined the Abergavenny NFU Mutual team in 2010 and  have responsibilty for placing the insurance requirements of  wider market customers. Having lived in Abergavenny since 1995 I have have a good understanding of the requirements of the local business community. Best possible solutions for the customer are always my prime objective.

  As the Office Manager I deal with insurance related issues for all customers to meet their financial needs, support my Agents  in respect of the teams management, review and advise upon customer general insurance requirements, identify and initiate cross-selling opportunities and activities to new and existing customers, co-ordinate and supervise my team to ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service, monitor work standards of individuals and provide feedback to enhance performance, plan, implement and monitor sales and marketing initiatives across all business and product areas, assess sales performance of staff and provide coaching to enhance performance, maintain adequate records of staff competency.  I have been with the agency since 2003.

  I have worked at the agency since 2009 and have been in the insurance industry since 2005. I deal with the sales and administration of most of our insurance products, as well as claims handling.

  Lynette Maddocks - Personal Assistant

  I am the Agents personal assistant. My duties include all office administration, co-ordinate and maintain office supplies. I am also responsible for preparing renewal papers. I have been with the agency since 2007.
