Association of Financial Mutuals

The Association of Financial Mutuals is the trade body that represents mutual insurers, friendly societies and other financial mutuals in the UK and was launched on 1 January 2010, following a merger of the Association of Mutual Insurers  and the Association of Friendly Societies.  NFU Mutual supports the work of the Association in representing the interests of the members through lobbying and communicating with bodies such as the Financial Services Authority, UK Treasury, politicians, the European Union and other relevant trade organisations.
