In order that current and future generations of customers can enjoy the benefits of mutuality all new policies issued by us contain a windfall assignment clause. This means that in the unlikely event of de-mutualisation, any windfall payment arising from any policy issued would be paid to The NFU Mutual Charitable Trust rather than the policyholder.
