Sir Donald Curry
C.B.E., F.R.Ag.S. Chairman
Sir Don was appointed to the Board in September 2007 and elected Chairman of NFU Mutual in May 2004, having previously served as Vice Chairman. He is Chairman of the Delivery Group overseeing the Government's Sustainable Farming & Food Strategy. Sir Don is also a member of the Council of the Royal Agricultural Society of England, a Commissioner for The Crown Estate and is founder and Chairman of the charity At Home in the Community. Sir Don farms in Northumberland. |

Ian Geden
Chief Executive
Ian was appointed to the Board in August 1999 and appointed Managing Director in February 2002. Before being appointed to the Board, Ian had held various regional and Head Office management positions within the Group. He is also Vice-Chairman of the Board of the Association of British Insurers and Board member of the International Co-operative and Mutual Insurance Federation. He has previously held the position as Chairman of the Association of Mutual Insurers. Ian attended the Harvard Advanced Management Programme in 2000. |

Kim Arif
Finance Director
Kim was appointed to the Board in January 2007. His responsibilities include Group Finance, Investments, Properties, Life Actuarial, Group Business Risk, Compliance and Audit. Kim is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries. He joined the Group on 1990 in Life Actuarial and joined the General Management team in 2001. Kim attended the Harvard Advanced Management Programme in 2006. |
