NFU Mutual AGM 2008
Thursday 26th June 2008
 This year’s AGM will be held on Thursday 26th June 2008. It is your opportunity to have your say about how your mutual is being run. Your opinion is important to us and we very much value your involvement.
Members of NFU Mutual as at 31st January 2008 are able to vote on any of the proposed resolutions either in person, or by appointing someone to vote on their behalf (a “proxy”). In general, holding a policy with NFU Mutual confers membership on the policyholder.
At the AGM, a vote will initially be held on a show of hands and you have one vote on any resolution. In certain circumstances a poll may be called. On a poll, we calculate the number of votes to which each member is entitled according to premium income.
This year, you will be able to appoint a proxy online, using the security codes sent to you in your AGM pack, at www.votebyinternet.com/nfumutualagm2008 from 1st May until 3pm on 24th June 2008.

 This year you can have your say on how your mutual is being run by appointing your proxy online. It's really simple and quick to do.
All you need are your security codes which are printed on the proxy form sent to you by post. Click on 'Vote online' button to have your say.

A review of the year
 2007 will be remembered particularly for the floods in January, June and July. Whilst some urban areas were indeed hit hard by these, it was in rural areas and some provincial towns that the devastating effects were mainly felt. I am particularly grateful
for the professionalism and dedication shown
by our Agents and staff during these very
demanding times.
