  Joining in 2005 Tracy assists clients with their Motor and Personal lines insurance needs as well as administration support to the Agents.

• Valerie McCracken - Accounts Manager

  Joining the Agency in 1983 Valerie has built up many valuable customer relationships in her career and ensures client accounting is well managed.

• Charlotte Wragg - Sales and Administration Support Clerk

  Relocating from the Isle of Man Charlotte has become a valuable team member having almost completed 2 years with the Agency. She is available to assist on motor, personal and commercial products.

• Linda Gray - Claims Manager

  Linda has also worked in the Insurance industry since 1983 joining the Armagh NFU Mutual team 6 years ago. She is well known and respected by clients, making sure claims are processed quickly and efficiently.

• Leanne Whittle - Senior Sales Support Team Leader

  Leanne deals with new and existing business enquiries, key accounts handling and heads up the front office sales team.

• Ellen McKinney - Sales Support and Administration Clerk

  Ellen joined the Agency in 2005 and deals with customers motor and personal lines enquires. Ellen also acts as PA to the Senior Agent.
