Andrew Redfern
Andrew is the Senior Agent at Ashby. He has been with the company over 20 years joining Ashby in February 2008. Andrew is the Group Secretary for North West Leicestershire.
Farah Siddiqi
Farah has been an Agent at Ashby since April 2008. She previously worked with the Uttoxeter branch as an Account Executive. Farah specialises in large commercial risks.
Sam Tingle
Sam was appointed Agent in November 2009 after previously working as a Sales Executive in the branch. Sam joined NFU Mutual in August 2008 and also looks at commercial risks as well as co-ordinating the activity and appointments of the Financial Consultant.

Adam joined the team in November 2009 having previously worked in the Financial Services industry. Adam is part of the sales team and is responsible for quoting new business cases.
Jane Kelly
Jane is the most experienced member of the Customer Services Team having been with the branch since 2003. Jane can help on all motor, home and lifestyle and equine insurance new quotations, alterations and enquires.
Gemma Burgum
Gemma joined the branch in November 2009 as part of the Customer Services Team and can also deal with incoming commercial queries.
Vicky Birkenshaw
Vicky is the most recent recruit to the Customer Services Team.
Christina Godfrey
Christina joined the office in February 2011 having previously worked in the Pitsford office and most recently in the Underwriting department at Wellingborough. She is responsible for day to day running of the office and administration of the large accounts.
Allen Guttridge
Allen is the most recent recruit to the sales team having joined in March 2011. Allen is an internal seller responsible for quoting customers on motor and personal products.
Sarah Nunn - Risk Management Consultant
Sarah can provide advice and solutions to businesses on their Health & Safety requirements such as COSHH assessments, Risk Assessments, Health & Safety Policies to Fire Risk Assessments. Risk Management Services are provided by NFU Mutual Risk Management Services Limited.
