In NFU Mutual’s Centenary year in 2010 we were delighted to be able to announce alocal business initiative that celebrated this significant anniversary.
It is now a year since in we opened our new office at 9 Miller Road during NFU Mutual’s Centenary year in 2010 and we are delighted to be able to report a local business initiative that celebrated this significant anniversary with a very successful first years trading.
In addition to our base at the Livestock Auction Market at Whitefordhill just outside the town, we now welcome customers to our refurbished premises at Miller Road.
Our new office makes NFU Mutual more accessible to our customers who now have the option of telephoning or calling into either office. We have recruited additional members of staff to add to our current enthusiastic team who are all be keen to provide the well informed service necessary to build and maintain business relationships now and in the future.
This expansion of our local presence reflects exactly the company’s plans to offer General Insurance along with Investment and Life and Pensions products to a much wider market than our traditional agricultural related customer base.
The new office opened for business on the 9th August 2010 and was officially opened by Provost Winifred D Sloan, South Ayrshire Council on Friday, September 10th 2010.
In our first year at least at our new address we have chosen to support the CLIC Sargent Charity locally and we will continue to raise funds for them at various events linked to publicising our new presence in the coming months.
