• Grant Hattle - Senior Agent

  I am the Senior Agent and Group Secretary in the branch. I have 25 years experience in the agricultural sector and have been involved in insurance since 2008 when I took over this branch. I handle the core farming customers and commercial risks in addition to managing the branch.

• Heather Smith - Agent

  I have over 20 years experience in the insurance industry mainly in the broker world and joined the branch in 2009 becoming an Agent in 2010. I have excellent experience in commercial insurance on which I focus.

• Stephanie Henshaw - Office Manager

  I have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the branch. I process all motor, horse and personal business. I am responsible for accounts and credit control.

• Amanda Docherty - Customer Service Adviser

  In my role as Customer Service Adviser, I handle car, house, personal insurance, horse and general branch administration. I also am responsible for life lead generation.

• Alison Gregory - Customer Service Adviser

  I joined the branch in January 2011 and handle general customer queries and claims for the branch. I also prepare quotes for the motor and personal requirements of our customers.

• Richard Laycock - Sales Consultant

  Providing technical support to the agency in their sales and service activities.

  NFU Mutual Sales Consultants are employed by the NFU Mutual.

• Lisa Vaughan - Financial Consultant

  NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual's range of pensions, protection & investment products and in special circumstances those of other providers, such as the Barnett Waddingham SIPP.
