I am the senior agent and I have been managing all aspects of the business in the Ballyclare office for over 8 years. I am the Office Manager and accounts clerk. Having worked in the agency for over 27 years, I have a wealth of insurance experience and knowledge of the local area. My main duties are ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office including sales, accounts, processing and claims handling.

Michelle Elliott- Office Administration & Sales

With over 7 years experience, my key role is processing policies and new business quotations for new and existing clients. I am the office's main claims handler and realise the importance of getting claims settled as swiftly and fairly as possible.

Kathryn Hyde - Office Administration & Sales.

I am a specialist in NFU Mutual's range of Car, Home and Contents, Tradesman's and Commercial Vehicle policies. I also deal with any amendments which are required from policy inception until renewal. I also deal with credit card and direct debit queries.

Maureen Jones -Office Administration.

My main duties are general administration, account queries and claims handling. I enjoy being able to talk to clients and provide them with an insurance product to match their needs or resolve any issues regarding a claim. Our customers renew year after year because of the local, friendly service they receive.
