• Katie Nicholls - Customer Service Adviser

  Katie has been working in Stratton for the last 18 months. She can assist and arrange cover for your car, home and horse, travel, tractor, commercial vehicles and arrange personal accident cover. She is also the first point of contact for claims in the office.

• Debbie Parsons - Office Manager

  Debbie joined the team in October 2010 and has the responsibility for the day to day running of your local branch, supporting all members of the team in their work to ensure that we provide a first class level of service to all our current and prospective clients. She will also be happy to help with any motor insurance policy queries and quotations.

• Zoe Flagg - Customer Service Adviser

  Zoe has been a part of the team since 2002, and works part time. She is happy to assist on, and arrange cover for a wide range of insurance needs, including motor and home insurance. She also deals with credit control, and sending out renewal documents on a daily basis.

• Beckie Nurdin - Customer Service Adviser
