I have worked as the Agent at Bedale since 1999, specialising in commercial and agricultural insurances. During this time I feel very fortunate to have built up long and trusted relationships with our clients in some of the most beautiful areas of North Yorkshire.
Kirsty Hewison - Account Executive
I started at Bedale in 2004. I have dealt with a variety of enquiries, ranging from adjusting policies to setting up new ones. I now specialise in commercial insurances. I enjoy meeting and helping our customers and would be happy to call out to discuss your insurance requirements.
Roslyn Robson DipCII - Office Manager
I joined NFU Mutual in 1990 and having gained a wide knowledge of the company products and services moved to the Bedale Agency in 1997. I provide support to the staff on general enquiries regarding insurance cover and claims, ensuring good service is at the forefront for our customers.
Simon Hall - Sales Advisor
I have worked in the Bedale branch since 2009. My primary role in the agency is to provide quotations to new and existing customers for motor, home, horse and all other personal insurances.
Jennifer Allen - Sales Advisor

Jen Tweddall - Sales Support Clerk
I have worked for NFU Mutual since August 2005, originally working in equine claims as a Claims Handler. I have been with the Bedale branch since February 2009. My role within the Bedale team is to handle general enquiries and process your changes on motor, personal and equine insurance policies.
Helen Dennis - Sales Support Clerk
It has been a pleasure working at the Bedale branch since I joined in 1987. In my role as Claims Handler and promoter of financial services I am committed to providing a high level of customer service with a personal touch.
Carol Nelson - Sales Support Clerk
I have worked at Bedale for over 30 years and have seen many positive changes. I deal with the accounts, this ranges from dealing with customers payments to sending out renewal documentation and accounts for alterations. I enjoy my work at the Bedale branch hence the number of years!
Richard Laycock - Sales Consultant
I work alongside the Bedale team ensuring that we offer all our customers the best possible local service. I spend a couple of days each month on accompanied calls with our external staff getting to know customers in our area. NFU Mutual Sales Consultants are employed by NFU Mutual.
