Paul Sitkowski - Senior Agent
It's my job to help all the good people here at Stagsden to do the best possible job that they can - which means putting our customers first and doing our best to ensure that all their interests are safeguarded. Helen Fox - Agent
Helen has been with us for 13 years and specialises in dealing with commercial insurance in both the wider-market and farming sector.
Sue Matthews - Office Manager
Sue had been with us for over 25 years, her main responsibilities are insuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, and maintaining a high level of service, staff development and training. She is always pleased to answer any enquiries or queries you may have.
Laura Sharp - Internal Account Executive
Laura promotes our wide range of products to new clients as well as providing after sales assistance.
Liz Infield - Senior Sales Advisor
Liz is a farmer’s daughter with a vast amount of knowledge and can deal with any of your personal and business enquiries.
Alison Thompson - Sales Support Advisor
Alison is an established member of the customer care and insurance advisory team and can assist you with, motor, personal, equine and business packages.
Jean Brodie - Senior Accounts Administrator
Jean is responsible for the account administration. She ensures that renewals and adjustments are in order.
Judy Umney - Accounts
Judy will be happy to answer any questions on your account. She will also assist you with motor and personal enquiries.
Danielle Bartley - Claims Administrator
Times can be very stressful indeed when you're in a motor accident. Danielle here can deal with any queries you have with regards to motoring claims once of course, you have reported it to our 24 hour Motor Claims Helpline No. (in case you're wondering its 0800 282 652). She is also the person to speak to when it comes to claiming under any other policies including, Home and Lifestyle and Business policies.
Ann Forshaw - Support Clerk
Ann plays an essential role in the running of the office and day to day filing. Without her and her metal friend "Fred" we would be in a pickle. Efficiency is the word when it comes to Ann and her filing. She's always looking on the brighter side of life which is why she will be there to meet and greet you soon as you walk in.
Nicola Smith - Policy Administrator
Nicola handles the policy administration; she was previously an Underwriter with our Wellingborough Branch Office.
Richard Jones - Financial Consultant
Richard is our new Financial Consultant, if you need friendly advice with regards to your life insurance, pensions or investments he will gladly come out and see you. Richard recommends that you should review your finances on an annual basis. If you would like an appointment please contact this office. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
Judith Weeks - Financial Service & Project Administrator
Judith supports Richard Jones as well as organising general insurance marketing campaigns.
