Team members
Julian Bennett
Julian is responsible for running the office, and has over 30 years of insurance experience. Although rules and regulations mean more time spent in the office, he still enjoys getting out and to clients whenever possible.
Brian Butler
Brian has been here for 20 years, and is regularly out of the office. He has a wide knowledge of farming and rural matters.
Lorraine
Lorraine has worked her way up through the ranks, and is the office manager. But she still enjoys, and has time, to talk to customers. Very useful, as she knows the answers to lots of questions.
Liz
Liz is the soft voice on the end of the phone, and is very good at working out quotes. She gets out of the office at times, and talks to local businesses.
Steph
Steph is the bubbly chat at the end of the phone, and can help you out with any motoring questions.
She will soon be qualified to help with household questions as well.
Denise
Denise works part time, and is wizard with accounts and understanding the intricacies of direct debits - very useful! (and very clever)
Jo
Jo likes to help you out with whatever problem you have. She will also enjoy a chuckle if given the chance, and can beat anyone at golf.
Amy
Amy used to be full time, but now looks after Arthur, and works part time. She shuffles all the bits of paper to get your renewals out on time.
Lee Ann
Lee Ann is our claims expert. We pride ourselves on our reputation which has been gained through treating our customers fairly when they have a crisis.
Tam
Tam is our newest member. Providing administrative backup to the office as she progresses through training, she still manages to keep smiling.
