Julian Bennett - Agent
It is important that our Branch runs smoothly and efficiently, and that we have well trained, happy staff in place to look after our customers. Visiting our clients face to face is an important and rewarding part of my job. This could mean helping our NFU farming members, reviewing a large Commercial business, or visiting new clients to discuss quotations.

Born in North Devon, I never tire of our lovely beaches, the coastline, and rolling hills. Perhaps this is why we are all so friendly.
Brian Butler - Agent
I have worked for the NFU & NFU Mutual for over 25 years, so I have a lot of experience. I feel it is important for me to keep up to date with rural issues, so I can have the answers for our customers. I am always willing to come and visit, to discuss matters and explain insurance in a way that customers can relate to. So, whatever your situation, please give me a ring, and I will assist you.

I open my gardens each year to the public on certain days so I can share my enthusiasm for gardening.
Stephanie Slade - Sales Executive
I started out as a Customer Service Adviser in September 2006 but progressed to Sales Executive at the beginning of 2011. My main role is to bring new customers into the agency with the aim of providing them with insurance cover across to suit their needs. I am happy to visit clients at their premises and I enjoy getting out and about in the beautiful North Devon Countryside.

I am married to Mark and we have a gorgeous Springer Spaniel called Oscar. In my spare time I enjoy singing and spending time with friends.
Tamblyn Slade - Office Manager
My job is to make sure that the branch runs smoothly, to a high standard to ensure we meet our customer’s demands. In between staff training, and the various other tasks which come my way, no two days are the same.

When I’m not working, I can be found trying to keep my horses between myself and the floor, or entertaining my lively 9 year old son.
Dawn Fahy - Insurance Admin Clerk
I joined NFU Mutual in September 2009 as a part time member of the team. I specialise in handling monthly renewals ensuring that they go out to the customer on time and with the correct information.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children with regular cliff top walks.
Denise Koval - Accounts/Customer Service Adviser
I have worked for NFU Mutual for 18 years. In that time I have gained much experience, but my main responsibility is handling the accounts for the branch. I can help you with any quotations or general queries.

In my spare time I play lots of tennis to keep fit and healthy.
Lee-Ann Winston BA Hons - Claims Handler/Customer Service Adviser
I have been with NFU Mutual since January 2007 and am your dedicated claims handler, making sure your claims are processed efficiently and settled promptly. I can also assist with all amendments to your general insurances policies and insurance quotations.

In my spare time I enjoy drawing, Batik painting, love rock music and sci-fi films.
Lorraine Adak - Customer Service Adviser
I have worked at this NFU Mutual branch for over 15 years and in that time have got to know many customers. Having gained much experience over this time I am able to deal with all aspects of insurance quotations and queries. I recently decided to work part-time and so I generally work Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

I really enjoy my spare time now, which I spend walking my dogs and entertaining my niece.
Liz Maynard - Customer Service Adviser
I have been working at NFU Mutual since July 2005 and I am currently in a part-time role working Monday and Tuesdays. I am able to deal with most general insurance queries and insurance quotations. Over the years I have got to know many of our customers and have found they definitely appreciate our personal service here in the branch.

In my other life I am a wife and a mother of a little boy which keeps me very busy!
Grace Keith - Customer Service Adviser
I am the newest and youngest member of the team, I help with general insurance queries, quotations and I'm currently training to be a claims handler.

I am currently learning Mandarin with my fiancé because we plan to honeymoon in China next year. I enjoy literature and am in the process of writing my own book, in English!
Alun Manley - Financial Consultant
I am able to give you advice on Investments, Retirement Planning and Protection.

Martin Green - Corporate Financial Consultant
Martin has been with NFU Mutual for ten years and deals with Financial Planning for Businesses (Limited Companies, Partnerships and Sole Traders) with particular emphasis on Protection (including Keyman Insurance, Business Protection), Retirement Planning (including Self Invested Personal Pensions, Pension Transfers, Group Stakeholder) and Savings and Investments.
