  Tony Bowey - Senior Agent

  Tony has been an Agent of NFU Mutual since 1993 and assumes overall responsibility for the branch. Tony deals with all NFU Mutual products which include general insurance, financial services and risk management.

• John Skidmore ACII - Chartered Insurance Practitioner - Agent

  John joined the branch as an Agent in August 2009, having previously worked in a sales role with NFU Mutual. John has over 20 years experience dealing with general insurance, and advises our business customers with their commercial insurance and risk management needs.

• Jenny Lightfoot - Sales & Customer Service

  Jenny is our longest serving staff member. Jenny can help with motor, household and equine insurance, and is also responsible for managing our Financial Consultants diary.

• Susan Morrison - Sales & Customer Service

  Susan joined the branch in 2001. Susan can help with all motor, household, equine and commercial insurances, and helps with general queries for our business customers.

• James Key - Sales and Customer Service

  James joined the branch in April 2008 and is able to help our customers with their motor, household and equine insurances.

• Julia Bennett - Sales & Customer Service

  Julia joined the team in April 2010 and has a wealth of experience helping customers with their personal insurance needs. Julia is able to help customers with their motor and home insurance.

• Lorraine Wheatley - Sales & Customer Service

  Lorraine joined the team in August 2010, and has many years of experience dealing with personal insurance. Lorraine can help customers with motor and home insurance.

• Liz Dickinson - Sales & Customer Service

  Liz is the most recent addition to our team having joined the branch in April 2011. Liz has joined us to provide support with our commercial customers.

• Lynn Bowey - Accounts

  Deals with all account payments which include renewals, adjustments and any general queries. Payment methods include cash, cheques, credit cards or monthly direct debits.

• Helen Musgrave - Financial Consultant

  Helen joined the branch in May 2010 and has a wealth of experience looking after the financial needs of her clients. Helen works on a face to face basis and will visit you to discuss how best to protect your finances and plan for the future.

• Katie Machin BSc (Hons) - Corporate Financial Consultant

  Katie works closely with our commercial customers to ensure the financial needs of their businesses are taken care of.

• Kirsty Hallam - Risk Management

  Kirsty advises our commercial customers on risk management and health and safety issues, and is able to tailor a product to suit the needs of each individual business.
