  Cathy Clay - Agent

  Born in the town and fully aware of the needs of our area, I have worked for the Boston agency since 1988.

  I look after the agency's existing farming clients and am also the branch Group Secretary for the Boston & Wainfleet area. I manage the existing larger commercial risks and am responsible for the running of the agency.

  Emma Thorley - Account Executive

  I have been with the agency since March 2010 having come from an insurance background and I have enjoyed getting to know existing clients.

  My main responsibility is dealing with new commercial business and I would be happy to discuss how we can help you, whether you have a small shop or a large factory. I also assist Cathy with the running of the agency and look after our small-medium existing commercial clients.

  Natalie Caudwell - Office Manager

  I have worked at the Boston Agency since September 2008. I started here as a Sales Support Clerk, then progressed to a Sales Advisor and more recently I have become the office manager.

  I am responsible for the day to day running of the office and can also assist with any insurance queries and quotes.

  Fiona Bowern - Senior Sales Support Clerk

  I have worked at the Boston Agency for over 20 years and have lived in Boston all my life so I know the local area and people.

  I can provide you with quotations and amend your existing policies, and I enjoy dealing with more complex issues for all motor, personal and business insurances. I look forward to continuing to help all of our clients; old and new.

  Yvonne Tuplin - Adjustment Processor

  A yellowbelly born & bred and with NFU Mutual since October 2000, my main role is dealing with the agency accounts.

  I am also committed to providing a personal service whether it be for claims or for changes to existing policies.

  Sam Creek - Sales Support Clerk

  I have worked at the Boston agency since April 2007. I can assist with client's queries and update existing policies. I take care of most of the home insurance quotations for the agency and can also deal with some smaller commercial products such as property owner policies.

  I have built a good relationship with lots of our policyholders since I've been with the agency, and look forward to continuing to do this with the customers I have yet to meet.

  Caroline Johnson - Sales Support Clerk

  I started working for NFU Mutual in February 2010.

  I can help with any motor queries and quotations and am keen to help new and existing clients.
