Nikki Blackwell - Agent
I am the NFU Mutual Agent and NFU Group Secretary for the South Northamptonshire area. I aim to provide a personal, individual service to our clients for all their business and personal insurance requirements – from manufacturing, haulage and warehousing to farming, estates and large property owners portfolios as well as personal car, house and horse insurance policies. My team and I aim to provide a strong client centred ethos and a top quality service from a local professional base. We all work from the principle “ The client is at the centre of all we do”.
Graham Judd - Office Manager
Having worked in the West Northants branch since 2000, I have a wide and extensive knowledge of NFU Mutual’s insurance products and all branch procedures. I manage the accounts and renewals, overseeing the day to day running of the branch. I am always happy to help with any queries or call out to see you to provide a personal service.
Krystal Arnott - Business Development Associate
I provide the insurance quotations for new business enquiries whether commercial or personal but also take time to build relationships with our existing clients. I am fully licensed on all NFU Mutual products as well as more unusual products such Directors and Officers and Professional Indemnity covers. I work closely with Chris Gormley our Corporate Financial Consultant and Sarah Nunn our Risk Management Consultant.
Hayley Prinsloo - Claims Executive
I have a wealth of experience in insurance from working in South Africa. I monitor, manage and oversee all work relating to claims.
Mandy Durrell - Sales Associate
I enjoy meeting people and providing quotations for their new policies and specialise in insurance for personal products – such as car, home and horse insurance – as well as tradesman, shops, offices, property owners and caterers. I also work alongside Chris Gormley for whom I can arrange appointments with clients who need his advice.
Rebecca Goodwin - Personal Assistant to Nikki Blackwell
I am a fully licensed member of the team and can help on most aspects of insurance, however my main role is to assist Nikki with all her administration after meetings with our clients, whether writing to the insured person or contacting the Underwriters with changes, so if you get a letter signed by Nikki, I probably produced it.
Donna Leonard - Accounts & Customer Services Advisor
I joined the Brackley branch from a financial background and I am able to help with many aspects of NFU Mutual insurance products. My role is to assist with accounts related enquiries as well as to make changes to your existing policies.
Roger Couch - Claims & Customer Services Advisor
After working for many years as an underwriter in Stratford-upon-Avon, I am now a member of the Brackley team and fully licensed to deal with all of NFU Mutual’s insurance products. As another Agent said when I left ‘you are now a poacher instead of a gamekeeper’. I specialise in home, equine and motor insurance.
Sarah Nunn - Risk Management Consultant
Sarah can provide advice and solutions to businesses on their Health & Safety requirements such as COSHH assessments, Risk Assessments, Health & Safety Policies to Fire Risk Assessments. Risk Management Services are provided by NFU Mutual Risk Management Services Limited.
Chris Gormley - Financial Consultant & Corporate Financial Consultant
Chris has many years’ experience helping our clients with their financial needs and covers all areas of protection, investment, savings and pension planning for both individuals, company directors and corporate clients. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
Craig Lake - Customer Telephone Advisor
Craig is on hand to advise clients over the telephone on the NFU Mutual’s financial products including pensions, savings & investments and protection.
