Our team

	Nikki Blackwell - Agent Having previously worked in the Bedford Agency for 6 years as Assistant Agent, I have headed the Brackley ship for 11 years. I manage and direct the business, advise on all classes of general insurance, predominantly dealing with key accounts, renewals and NFU Mutual farming and rural affairs.
	Hayley Prinsloo - Claims Advisor Having joined the agency in 2003, I have a wealth of experience from my previous insurance career in South Africa. I monitor, manage and oversee all claims, and also work with NFU Mutual Finance and can advise on the range of finance products available.
	Mark Wheeler - Business Development Associate Having worked in the Brackley office for over 5 years I deal with new business quotes for large commercial portfolios and high net worth clients. As well as managing the New Business Department, I am also involved with renewals and oversee risk management enquiries.
	Anne Cannings - Customer Services Advisor Having previously worked in the finance sector, I am here to carry out all adjustments and mid-term alterations to existing policies.
	Graham Judd - Office Manager Having worked in the Brackley agency for over 8 years, I have a wealth of experience on general insurance products and office procedures. I manage the accounts, deal with renewals and policy alterations, and ensure an organised and effective office environment.
	Rebecca Goodwin - Customer Advisor, Secretarial I work on a range of key administrative duties, but am also more than happy to help out with any claims or general queries you may have.
	Krystal Arnott - Sales and Insurance Advisor I assist new and existing clients by providing quotations for all their insurance needs. I work closely with Chris Gormley, our Corporate Financial Consultant, and will happily arrange an appointment for him to visit you to provide advice on all NFU Mutual pensions, savings and investment opportunities.
	Susan Tighe - Office Clerk Having worked with Nikki for nearly 10 years, I am the only unlicensed member of the team, but crucially manage the filing, general administration and office appointments.
	Sarah King - Accounts & Customer Service Advisor Having recently started in the Brackley Agency, I have completed the majority of my product training, and am now licensed in nearly all classes of business.
