Welcome to Kelly & Harris Agency of NFU Mutual. The Agency covers the area from Cardiff to Neath and operates out of offices in both Laleston (Bridgend) and Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan. The Agency's Accounts and Commercial New Business departments are located at Laleston. Claims and the Motor Insurance Database are handled by the Cowbridge office. Both offices aim to provide customers with a high level of local service for all NFU Mutual products and services, and are able and waiting to deal with your enquiries.

Julian Kelly ACII

I have been an Agent with NFU Mutual since 1991, and as well as dealing with the management and compliance of the Agency, my key area of work is Commercial and Farming Insurance risks.

I have been an Agent with NFU Mutual for 20 years. I specialise in looking after our Farming customers.

I am based at Laleston as PA for both Agents which also encompasses, purchase ledger and PAYE for the Agency, my role also involves the preparation and issuing of renewals.

I am based in Laleston office and I deal predominately in commercial insurance enquiries and risk assesment matters.

Susan Thomas - Processing & Accounts Manager

I am based in Laleston and my role is managing NFU Mutual's accounts, including renewals, amendments to policies, direct debits and card payments. I can also assist with Motor, Personal and Equine issues.

Matthew Holland - Financial Consultant

I have over 15 years service with NFU Mutual. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.

Christopher Hughes - Sales Administrator

I am based in Laleston office. I deal with all new General Business policies including Private Car, Commercial Vehicle and Household.

Kathryn Griffiths - Administrator

I work full time in the Cowbridge office dealing with alterations to existing policies, also dealing with day to day enquiries you my have.

Tracey Clarke - Claims Manager

A former teacher, I am the Claims Manager for Cowbridge & Laleston. Should you need to make a claim, I will handle it fairly and efficiently to ensure excellent customer service.

Jennifer Kimber - Administrator

I work part time in the Cowbridge office, I can deal with any alterations to existing policies and any day to day queries you may have.

My role in the Laleston office is dealing with all aspects of motor, home and equine policy's.
