Caroline has been with NFU Mutual for 6 years and Agent at the Brigg branch for 3 years. She has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry and can help with any aspects of NFU Mutual insurance products.
Kate Lumley - Office Manager
Kate has been at the Brigg office over 10 years and offers assistance on all customer queries including new business quotations, policy changes, account queries and offering assistance in making appointments for the Financial Consultant.

Karen offers assistance on all customer queries including new business quotes, policy changes and helping with claims.
Emma Batcheler - Sales and Admin Assistant
Emma joined us in 2007. On completion of her training program she will be able to deal with all aspects of motor, household and equine insurance. Emma also assists the Group Secretaries with their work for the NFU.

Sarah joined us in 2010. On completion of her training programme she will be able to deal with all aspects of motor, household, equine and commercial business.
