Nick has been an NFU Mutual Agent in the Bromsgrove, Redditch and surrounding area for over 20 years, specialising in farming and commercial insurances together with the servicing of both new and existing clients.
Karen Taylor - Office Supervisor
Karen joined NFU Mutual in June 2005 having worked at MG Rover for 20 years. Karen's role involves all aspects of customer service and extends to assisting with the day to day affairs of running the branch.
David Webb - Customer Service Advisor
David joined the Bromsgrove branch with a motor trade/accident repair background and puts his experience to good effect. David is particularly involved in claims handling for the branch.
Emily Rainbow - Customer Service Advisor
Emily combines general customer service duties with her role as Accounts Administrator for the branch
Millie Obasi - Customer Service Advisor
Millie began in September 2008. In addition to her customer service function, Millie provides administrative support to the rest of the team at Bromsgrove.
Sue Rolfe - Customer Service Advisor
Sue commenced employment with NFU Mutual Bromsgrove in September 2008, after working within estate agency for 20 years. Sue's role is Customer Services Adviser, providing policy holder support both face-to-face and over the telephone. Sue is also Life Co-ordinator for the branch.
Beccy Gaut ACII Chartered Insurer - Sales Consultant
Based at our Regional Service Centre in Stratford-upon-Avon, Beccy's role is to provide technical support and guidance to the team at Bromsgrove. Beccy has five years experience in a Key Account Underwriting and a breadth of knowledge and experience across all NFU Mutual products and services.
