Carol Phifer - Sales Support
I started working for NFU Mutual in 1991 to do about 2 weeks filing, almost 16 years later and I am still here. I am a farmers wife, we have a fell farm with suckler cows and sheep. In the office I am usually to be found at the front desk and I process most of the household policies. |

Mike Barnes - Sales Consultant
Started with NFU Mutual in July 1987. Early years were spent in underwriting and claims departments prior to my current role as Sales Consultant. The role involves working closely with local Agents to sell our wide range of insurance products and services, giving our customers the very best advice along the way. |

I joined the team at Broughton in May 2008 as an Admin Support Clerk. My main roles are dealing with customers queries, typing and filing. I am currently working towards a Sales Support position in which I will be able to deal with policies and new quotes. I started working for the NFU Mutual in May 2008. My current role within the office is Admin Support Clerk, however, I am also currently working towards the position of Sales Support Clerk. I am really looking forward to my future with NFU Mutual, and meeting the local community. |

Nicola Byatt
I starting working for NFU Mutual Finance on 26th November 2001.
My role involves dealing with the farming community and wider market customers of NFU Mutual. I provide finance packages and deal with the process from quote to completion. Before I started at NFU Mutual I had worked in office environments and as a ground hostess at Liverpool airport. I get great job satisfaction being in contact with customers and enjoy the satisfaction of following a deal through.
