Esther Pritt - Account Executive (Farming)
I joined the Broughton NFU Mutual Team in April 2011. My role concentrates on the Farm Businesses in our area and ensuring we cater for their insurance needs. I am passionate about customer service and about the farming industry.
Chris James - Account Executive (Farming)
I joined NFU Mutual Broughton in Furness team in January 2012. I have over 20 years experience in Business and Sales Management and I look forward to meeting our customers old and new. I will be striving to ensure that our customers receive the very best possible level of service.
Helen Bainbridge - Account Executive
I joined the Broughton NFU Mutual team in March 2009. I have over 25 years experience in the insurance industry. My role is to provide quality service to commercial customers and develop the account by selling our wide range of insurance products throughout this area.
Cher Bargh - Account Executive
I started working at NFU Mutual, Broughton branch, in February 2009. I have spent my entire working career in customer service roles and I look forward to meeting local businesses and helping them with their insurance needs.
Theresa Kirkbride - Sales Support Clerk
I started working at the Broughton branch of NFU Mutual in August 2008. I am a Sales Support Clerk and handle all aspects of personal insurance policies, for both existing and potentially new customers. I really enjoy meeting our customers and giving a good service when it is needed.
Megan Pugh - Sales Support Clerk
I joined the Broughton team in May 2008 in Admin Support. I progressed to Sales Support and my main roles are handling customer queries, typing, filing, policy amendments and new quotes. I am looking forward to the potential career opportunities that working for NFU Mutual offers.
Kath Pritt - Senior Sales Support
I rejoined the team at Broughton in 2006 having had a short break after 13 years as office manager. Having lived in the area all of my life I have an extensive knowledge of the locality and our customer base. My priority within the office is to ensure that customers enjoy the highest levels of service.
Carol Phifer - Sales Support
I started working for NFU Mutual in 1991 to do about 2 weeks filing, almost 20 years later and I am still here. I am a farmer’s wife; we have a fell farm with suckler cows and sheep.
Caroline Mitchell - Sales Consultant
I started with NFU Mutual early in 2011 as a Sales Consultant, having previously worked in Insurance as an underwriter and broker for many years. I work closely with the team to help in all aspects of the office, assisting with our wide range of insurance products and services, whilst also ensuring our customers receive the very best service. I have a BSc (Hons) in Management Science and a Certificate of Insurance Practice. I am currently working towards a Diploma.
Rob Coates - Financial Consultant
