  I am the most recent addition to the team. Coming from an agricultural background I have a sound understanding of farming and rural businesses. I have lived in the area all of my life and really enjoy the community spirit that is involved in NFU Mutual.

  I have been the Agent here in Buckingham for over 15 years and with an overall 20 years experience in all aspects of insurance I can honestly say I have an in-depth understanding of NFU Mutuals' Products and can help with both new and existing business.

  Doreen Dagge - Senior Accounts Handler/Sales Advisor

  I have worked for NFU Mutual for more years than I care to remember and my main role is to ensure the Accounts are run smoothly and efficiently. I also look after our existing clients by dealing with any changes they may need to make.

• Simone Morley-Pack - Part time Sales Advisor

  I am also a long serving member of the team and although my hours are only part time I am kept busy looking after our clients on the general side.

• Melodie Ashcroft - Part time Sales Advisor

  My role here is to provide back up support to the sales team. Like Simone my hours are part time but I am kept busy looking after our clients and providing secretarial assistance to the Agents.

  Liz Chequers - Claims Advisor/Sales Advisor

  I joined NFU Mutual 3 years ago to take over whilst Simone was on maternity leave, I liked it so much I decided to stay! My role is to deal with the initial claim call and to assist our policyholders to the claim process. Although our claims service is second to none, sometimes I need to step in to help speed the settlement along!! I also support the sales team on both new and existing clients on their general insurances.

  Trish Phillips - Sales Advisor/Accounts Assistant

  I joined NFU Mutual almost 12 months ago to help Doreen with the accounts and the sales team with general insurance queries.

  Alan Maher - Sales Executive

  My role at NFU Mutual is to develop the "Wider Market". Our wide extensive range of commercial Products cater for almost every size and type of business. But like the rest of the team I look after the existing clients who remain the most important part of our business.

  Mandy Hickson - Sales Executive

  I am the newest member of the team to join NFU Mutual. Having always worked in the broking side of the business this is a new challenge for me, however the philosophy remains the same. To provide a Personal and Professional service to both new and existing client.
