Reporting a business insurance claim

Before you start please have to hand:

• Your details including your policy number, or claim number.
• Details of any third parties involved.
• An indication of the value of the claim, such as purchase price, replacement cost, repair costs, or the extent of the damage or injury.
• We also recommend you refer to your policy documents to check what's covered.

How to contact us about your claim:

• Either contact the office that arranged your insurance. You can find your local office here.
• Email us your contact details and the nature of your claim and we will call you back.
• If we have acknowledged your claim already please contact the number given on the acknowledgement.

Please indicate your policy number, or claim number if you have one, in all correspondence.
