Office insurance features

Standard business cover
'all risks' cover, subject to specific exclusions - the first £250 is excluded from most claims
Public and product liability cover
up to £2.5 million Public and Product Liability and up to £10 million Employers' Liability cover as standard
Loss of income cover
up to £1 million loss of income cover, in event of interruption to your business
Replacement locks
up to £2,500 to replace locks following the theft of keys
Inflation protection
15% uplift in sum insured to offset the effects of inflation

The Employers’ Liability Tracing Office (ELTO)

The Employers’ Liability Tracing Office, (ELTO), has been created by the insurance industry to aid those who have suffered an injury or disease in the workplace, and would like to register a claim with the insurer of the time.

To make the tracing process easier, from April 2012 ELTO are requesting the Employer Reference Number (ERN) from all businesses with Employers' Liability insurance.
