Reporting a motor insurance claim

Before you start please have to hand:

Your details including your policy number, or claim number. Details of any third parties involved. An indication of the value of the claim, such as purchase price, replacement cost, repair costs, or the extent of the damage or injury. We also recommend you refer to your policy documents to check what's covered.

How to contact us about your claim: For private car and light commercial vehicle claims, in the first instance ring our 24 hour claims service on 0800 282 652. If we have acknowledged your claim already please contact the number given on the acknowledgement. Please indicate your policy number, or claim number if you have one, in all correspondence.
