Ian Mandle - Senior Agent
Ian has worked at NFU Mutual since 1995, at the Carlisle branch since 1997 and became Senior Agent at the start of 2010. Whilst Ian has key responsibility for business strategy, he continues to specialise in commercial and farming insurance and maintains a bank of clients.
Keith Twentyman - Agent
Keith came to Carlisle in 1987 and became an Agent in 1989. Throughout this time he has helped existing and new clients, with particular specialism in commercial and farming insurance.
Glen Davies - Agent
Glen has worked in the insurance industry since leaving school. He joined NFU Mutual and worked as an underwriter for 13 years before becoming an Agent at Carlisle in 2005. Glen has particular skills in both commercial and farming insurance.
Graham Holliday - Agent
Graham has worked at the branch since 2005 and became an Agent at the start of 2007. He specialises in commercial and farming insurance.
Nicola Wilkinson - Agent
Nicola joined the team at start of 2010 having previously worked at the Penrith branch as a Sales Associate. Nicola can offer help and assistance on all aspects of insurance.
Dianne Noble - Insurance Advisor
Dianne has worked at the Carlisle branch since 1996 and has gained a wealth of experience in motor and personal insurance for both existing and new customers.
Trisha Nolan - Insurance Advisor
Trisha has been at the branch since May 2007 having previously worked in the insurance industry for 6 years previously. She specialises in motor and personal insurance for both existing, and new customers.
Denise Houston - Insurance Advisor
Denise started at the branch in 2008, following several years working in insurance elsewhere. Denise can help on all aspects of motor and personal insurance.
Amanda Wallbank - Insurance Advisor
Amanda had previously worked as an underwriter for NFU Mutual for 17 years. Since the end of 2009 Amanda has worked at the Carlisle branch, specialising in new and existing commercial insurance.
Hazel Douglas - Customer Advisor
Hazel has worked at the branch for several years and can provide help and assistance on all queries that come in to the office.
Beth Robertson - Insurance Advisor
Beth has worked as an Insurance Advisor for over 10 years. She is currently on maternity leave after having her second child.
Julia Richardson - Claims Handler
Julia joined the branch in 2008 having worked in the insurance industry for nearly 30 years. Julia can provide assistance on all types of claims and will try and ensure an efficient and fair settlement.
Sharon Beattie - Accounts
Sharon has been at the Carlisle branch for over 16 years and has primarily dealt with customer and office accounts as well as various mid term adjustments on insurance policies.
Jean Wharton - General Adminstration
Jean has worked in the Carlisle team for the last 15 years. She is involved in all aspects of the office and provides administrative assistance to the Agents.
Carol Robinson - General Administration
Carol is our longest serving member of staff having over 30 years worth of experience within the branch. She ensures that the renewal documentation that is received in the office is in correct order before being sent out to the customer. Carol also carries out various other administrative tasks.
Bill Spence - Financial Consultant
Bill is our Financial Consultant and has been with NFU Mutual since 1993. Like the rest of our team, Bill lives locally, so is able to call and offer advice at a time to suit you. He has at his disposal a wide range of products including those related to pensions, investments and protection. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
