  Tina is responsible for over seeing the main office and ensuring everything is running smoothly. Tina also deals with enquiries and amendments from existing customers on a full range of policies.

• Sue Armstrong - Sales Support

  Sue is part of our main office team. Sue is an experienced member of the team and deals with everything from motor and home enquiries to commercial enquiries. Sue is also one of our claims handlers and is responsible for Home & Lifestyle claims.

• Vicky Zarzecki - Sales Support

  Vicky is also part of the main office team. Vicky is able to field queries on a wide range of products from motor and home policies to commercial enquiries. Vicky is our main claims handler and if you are unfortunate enough to have a claim there is a good chance at some point you will be speaking to her.

• Jamie Smith - Sales Support

  Jamie is part of our main office team. Jamie deals with motor and home enquiries and building her experience on the business policies such as property owners.

• Louise Lepley - Accounts Controller

  Louise's role within the branch is to deal with the customer payments, invoices and client account queries.

• Gavin Collins - Commercial Account Executive

  Gavin is always out visiting new commercial risks and keen to look after all your insurances requirements from private cars, vehicle fleets, property portfolios and your own private home.   The newest member of the team, Charlotte is currently going through her training programme.
