Colin Britton - Agent

Although I'm a proud supporter of Bristol Rovers, I'm even prouder of the lasting relationships I've built with all of my customers since dedicating my working life to NFU Mutual back in 1977. My motto is "the most important asset anybody can insure, is themselves" and that's why you'll normally find me out of the branch spending time with my customers ensuring we're doing exactly that.

Giles Walton - Agent

I was born in Melton Mowbray (and that's no pork-pie!) but, after completing a degree in psychology at Oxford, I moved to Tarvin, and in 1983 joined NFU Mutual. Although my hobbies are listening to music and dancing, I've never made a song or dance about ensuring my customers get the right service and cover.

Jo-Anne Prince - Agent

I've always had a keen interest in rural affairs, so joining NFU Mutual as a sales associate in 2001 seemed the natural choice. In summer 2009 I became an Agent and now look forward to developing awareness of benefits NFU Mutual can bring, not only to our customers but, also our local community.

Christopher Coghlan - Sales Associate

Having previously worked for several years at an insurance broker where profit was the main driver for the business, I really appreciate how NFU Mutual values it's policyholders as its priority instead. I enjoy speaking to small businesses and specialise in our package policies covering tradesman and retailers, to caterers and property owners.

Gillian Spragg - Sales Associate

I grew up in Manchester but, now live with my fiancé Mark on the Wirral. We both work for NFU Mutual, so while he as a Financial Advisor ensures our customers themselves are covered, I ensure that their home and car insurance requirements are covered, based in our branch here, just outside Chester.

Stuart Chacksfield - Sales Associate

Although I'm from a farming background, my previous roles have ranged from classic car restoration to construction engineering. So, since joining NFU Mutual in 2001, I love being out on the road meeting our new commercial customers and getting to know their business personally, so I can provide help on how best to cover not only their insurance needs but, also explain about the benefits of our other services such as risk management.

Simon Kearsley - Financial Consultant Living on the Wirral gives me a fantastic opportunity to really get to know my customers and understand their individual needs. Working together, I can help to prioritise your financial goals and suggest what realistic plans you can put in place to achieve them. With NFU Mutual, you can expect openness, honesty and integrity, which in the current climate is more important than ever. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.

Administration / Accounts Team

Between them, Bill, Dot and Sue have worked for the NFU Mutual for a total of 48 years. So, if you have any queries regarding your existing account payments, they certainly have the experience to answer and action your enquiry!

Customer Service & Claims Team

Amy, Kelly & Sandra are here to deal with any existing customer queries and claims, so if you require anything from adding an additional driver, to help completing a claim form, they are here to help you.
