  Andy Neath - Senior Agent

  I have been the NFU Mutual Agent at Chesterfield since 1995. I take overall responsibility for the branch, ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained. I also regularly assist our farming and commercial customers, and personal clients with more complex insurance needs. I am proud to have overseen the growth of the branch from having just a few hundred mainly farming customers to the branch as it is now, which has over 3,500 personal and commercial customers from all walks of life.

  I joined Andy in the branch as joint partner in 2008, when we moved to our prestigious new office. Together we strive to provide a high level of service to our existing customers and expand our unique way of doing business to even more local people. I have lived and worked in the area all my life, and I was previously the local NFU Mutual Financial Consultant.

  I have been working here since 2005, and I have over 25 years experience in the insurance industry. I assist Andy and Russ with the smooth day to day running of the branch. I also offer quotes to new customers, and amend policies for our existing customers.

  I have been working here since 1990, and I deal mainly with the accounts and general enquiries.

• Joanne Smith - Customer Service Advisor

  I have been working here since 2000. My responsibilities are mainly helping existing customers with their motor, personal and equine enquiries, and assisting them when they have a claim.

• Larissa Staley - Customer Sales Advisor

  I have been working here since 2007, and my role involves providing competitive quotes to new customers, as well as policy changes for our existing customers.

• Connell Pearson - Customer Sales Advisor

  I have been working here since 2009, and enjoy using my 30 years insurance experience to give competitive quotations to new customers, and updating policies for our existing customers.

  Richard Turnbull - Financial Consultant

  I have over 20 years experience in the financial services industry and can advise you on NFU Mutual products and services, and in special circumstances those of other providers. I would be happy to meet at your convenience to discuss all your financial needs, including pensions, investments and inheritance tax planning, or simply a general financial review.
