Mark Constable - Sales Associate
Specialising in motor and personal insurance since 2002, Mark now assists with commercial clients and has recently achieved an advanced modern apprenticeship in insurance. He's able to deal with all aspects of general insurance and claims.
Shirley Folkes - Sales Advisor
With 4 years experience within this Agency, Shirley provides excellent customer service on quotes, new business, amendments and claims. She's also responsible for making appointments for and liaising with our NFU Mutual Financial Consultant regarding financial services.
Amanda Cook - Sales Advisor
Amanda joined the Agency in 2006 and provides support in both customer enquiries and branch administration. She assists customers with general policy queries, quotations and changes and helps with the claims process.
Sarah Bound - Sales Advisor
Sarah has worked in the Agency since 2006 on policy processing and branch administration. Gaining experience and qualifying in personal insurances she handles general policies queries, quotations and renewals and client accounting.
Victoria Bailey - Equine Specialist
Victoria has worked in the Agency for the past 2 years and specialises in equine insurance. With her local and practicle knowelege, Victoria can deal with all aspects of equine enquiries.
Daisy Garraway - Sales Advisor
Daisy has worked for the agency since 2007 and acts as personal assistant to the agents. Daisy can also deal with motor and personal enquiries, new quotations and account queries.
Liz Williams - Financial Services Manager
Liz has been with the Agency since 2007. Her roles include introducing new private and commercial clients and liasing between customers and our NFU Mutual financial consultancy team regarding financial services.

Ray has been with the Agency for over a year following a background of 25 years in sales and marketing. He is responsible for the development of both small business and larger commercial company clients.
Graham Griffiths - Process Consultant
With 30 years experience of IT and insurance, Graham supports the team in back office procedures and IT services. Also involved in training and competency issues, assisting the team in providing the best possible service.
Sonia Price - Agency Administrator
Sonia is a member of our administration team and deals with preparation of accounts and invoicing and ensures all client records are kept up to date. Sonia is also the Personnel Advisor and Payroll Manager.
Katherine Cessford
Kat is in her 2nd year at NFU Mutual and is now fully licensed in all aspects of motor insurance. Kat is able to answer your questions, process policy alterations or provide you with a quote.
Sophie Welsh
Sophie has worked for the branch since September 2009. Having completed her product training and licences, Sophie is able to provide quotations, issue policy changes and also deals with office accounting and renewals.
