  Stephen Fawcett - Senior Agent

  I joined NFU Mutual in 1986 and previously worked at the Clitheroe Agency, before moving to Chorley in June 2007. I am responsible for all areas of farming and commercial business insurance.

  Jackie Doran - Agent

  I came to the Chorley Agency in the millennium year, from a sales and farming background. I am here to help and advise on either farming or commercial business insurance.

  Fenella Bull - Office Manager

  I am the longest serving member of staff, (over 18 years) but not the oldest! I pride myself on the longstanding customer relationships built up over this time. I have a broad range of insurance knowledge but specialise in motor, household/personal, tradesman and horse insurances.

  Rachel Thompson - Sales Associate

  As the second longest serving veteran of the branch with 18 years under my belt, they tell me that I should be able to help you all with your motor,personal and equine enquires! Recently I have taken up the new challenge of Sales Associate and now specialise in commercial business insurance as well.

  Sandra Mollart - Sales and Administration

  Having worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience. I joined NFU Mutual three years ago and specialise in home, motor and equine insurance. I also do good brews.

  Jenny Sykes - Sales and Administration

  As one of the newest members of the Chorley team I am quickly gaining experience with our range of products, especially motor, personal and equine. I previously worked in an insurance brokers for 5 years but wanted a new challenge, so please be gentle with me!

  Marc Cragg - Sales and Administration

  I Joined the Chorley Agency in October 2007 with no insurance experience, being the only male within the branch staff is a challenge within itself, so learning the NFU Mutual products is a doddle.

  Melanie Mason - Sales and Administration

  I am a new addition to the Chorley Agency, and also the youngest. I have no insurance background but I am rapidly learning and getting used to NFU Mutual products, and I'm looking forward to getting to know our customers.

  Andy Chaplin - Financial Consultant

  Andy deals with all our enquiries for life, protection, pensions and investments. He has worked in the financial services business since 1995 and has passed level three of the Financial Planning Certificate. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances thos of other providers.
