In the event of an incident which could give rise to a pollution situation it is imperative that immediate notification takes place. We have developed a helpline working with the specialist Loss Adjusting firm QuestGates, who will provide assistance and guidance.

Please tell us immediately about any accidents you are involved in because even if you are not claiming for your own damage other people involved may make a claim against you. Once we are aware of an incident we can give you advice and manage claims made against you on your behalf.
