NFU Mutual office - Clevedon

We have nine members of staff that allow us to provide a high standard of customer service and advice to our insurance customers. We have a thriving Farming base and also, being on the edge of Bristol, we have a wealth of Commercial business experience. We have a resident NFU Mutual Financial Consultant three days a week to provide advice on NFU Mutual's range of Life Assurance, Pension and Investment products.

Mike Clements - Agent

18 years experience and from a local farming family, educated at Leeds University.

Lorna Hodder - Office Manager

14 years at Clevedon and responsible for the smooth running of the office.

Westley Jones - Assistant Agent

Sales Adviser for last 7 years. Again from a local farming family specialising in NFU Mutual Motor and Commercial new business lines.

Dennis Miles - Main Underwriter and Networker

Has been with us for 2 years having retired from The NFU Mutual's Regional Office after 35 years.

Jane Pearce - Claims Handler

Jane has 26 years of experience in the claims department, and moved from the Regional Office after having a family.

Elaine Clements - Main Accounts handler

Main Accounts handler with 7 years accountancy experience. Also handles NFU Mutual related large fleet/motor trade declarations.

Lin Brookes

With 12 years experience, happy to help Jane with claims or Dennis with networking.

After 6 years Jane is invaluable in finding files and keeping all our records up together.

Recently appointed to help Westley with the increase in Commercial and Motor and Personal new business inquiries.
