Andrew Rothwell - Senior Agent
Andrew became an agent for NFU Mutual in 1987 and has served the South and East Lancashire farming communities ever since. He is qualified in all general insurance policies provided by NFU Mutual, predominantly dealing with farming enquiries.
Colin Metcalfe - Agent
Colin joined the Clitheroe NFU Mutual branch as an Agent in 1991. He is from a farming background and is fully licensed to deal with all insurance matters, specialising in agricultural and commercial business.
Christine Stoddart - Office Manager
Christine is the person responsible for keeping the branch running smoothly. She has worked here since 2000 and is qualified to deal with all enquiries for motor, household, equine and livestock.
Kevin Woodcock - Sales Associate
Kevin has worked in the insurance industry since 1993 and joined NFU Mutual in 2003. He deals with all aspects of general insurance, is fully licensed by NFU Mutual specialising in commercial businesses, from sole traders to Ltd companies.
Sarah Holden - Administrator
Sarah lives locally on a farm and has been at the heart of the branch since 1997. She is the first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries.
Julie Eastham - Sales Advisor
Julie is qualified to help you with all your enquiries for cars, vans and equine. She joined the branch in 2003 and will help you with any of your insurance needs.
Paul Binney - Claims
Paul is the man responsible for ensuring your claim is dealt with quickly and efficiently. He became a member of the team in 2006, joining from Endsleigh insurance and so brought with him experience of how other insurance companies operate. Paul is also licensed to provide quotes for your car, home and small business.
Rachel Howick - Sales Advisor
Rachel has an extensive knowledge of the insurance industry having previously worked for brokers in the Ribble Valley. She is the daughter of a local farmer and is qualified to help you with all your motor insurance needs.
Lesley Jennings - Sales Advisor
Lesley was an underwriter at NFU Mutual's regional branch in Chester before coming to our branch in Clitheroe. She has a wealth of insurance experience, originally starting with Norwich Union in Liverpool. Lesley is licensed to help you with all motor, household and equine enquiries.
Danielle Peel - Office Administrator
Danielle works behind the scenes on the accounts system and administration of your policies. She has been at the branch since 2007.
Josh Boothman - Office Administrator
Josh joined the branch in 2008 and is currently taking all his internal exams so that he can deal with motor and business insurance.
Andy Chaplin - Financial Consultant
Andy deals with all our enquiries for life, protection, pensions and investments. He has worked in the financial services business since 1995 and has passed level three of the Financial Planning Certificate. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances thos of other providers.
