We were delighted to be awarded Which? Recommended Provider for our home and car insurance in January 2012.

Which? offers independent advice and analyses the whole of the UK insurance market to find out which brands offer the best insurance polices. Auto Express 'Driver Power' survey winner

For six years running, NFU Mutual has been voted Britain’s best car insurance provider by readers of Auto Express. Since the survey began, no other insurer has kept the number one spot for so long. Readers were asked to rate car insurers for communication, helpfulness, value for money and overall performance and NFU Mutual came top in all four categories.

Moneywise Customer Service Awards winner

NFU Mutual picked up six awards at this year's Customer Service Awards 2011 hosted by Moneywise, including most trusted provider for motor and home insurance.

Other awards were for best insurance provider for service and best insurance provider claims, for both motor and home insurance.
