In 2010, NFU Mutual's Life customers took part in a survey to assess their satisfaction with our products and services. This was initiated by the Association of British Insurers and formed part of their Customer Impact Scheme, which is an initiative supporting the life industry's commitment to improve customers' experiences. The 35 participating companies in the Scheme have made a formal resolution with the ABI to ensure that the needs
of the customer are at the core of the way they run their business.
