• Michael Chicken B.Sc. (Hons) - Agent

  Michael has been an Agent of NFU Mutual for 24 years and Senior Agent at the branch for 16 years. He has vast experience in servicing both agricultural and commercial clients. He is a colourful character and a born optimist. He values integrity and remains of the strong opinion that the customer comes first.

• Dawn MacNaughton ACII - Agent

  Dawn has made her career with NFU Mutual and two years ago became an Agent at Coventry. Dawn is ACII qualified and has a passion for insurance! Don't let that worry you though because her charismatic character will ensure that you remember her long after the first premium has been paid!

• Ellie Deeming - Agent

  Ellie has recently been promoted to the position of agency partner with all that entails. Ellie is a Warwickshire farmer's daughter and is well known throughout the Warwickshire rural community. She is an active member of the Young Farmers Movement. Ellie will work closely with Michael to serve our rural clients but is very happy to deal with any insurance enquiry.

• Sam Green - Office Manager

  Sam joined the team in 2007 and loves the day to day challenges of the branch. Sam has recently had an addition to her family in the form of a young black lab pup called Lulu to keep Ella the lab company.

• Joanne Oakes - Sales Associate

  Jo has worked with Michael and Dawn for 2 years and specialises in all types of general insurance. Jo's background is in customer service and this is demonstrated in her reassuring and conscientious attitude. Jo's days off are spent in Touchwood Shopping Centre canvassing for new business... Believe that if you wish!

• Adele Murray - Sales Associate

  Adele is a longstanding and committed member of the team having joined in 1999. She has a wealth of knowledge and is reliable and resourceful. At night she gets the glad rags on and jives the night away!

• Mel Williams - Account Handler

  Mel's background is in sales and his highly customer focused. Mel is diligent and customers often comment on his helpful and "can do" attitude.

• Lawrence Neville - Claims Administrator

  Lawrence has many year's experience in the transport and logistics industry and joined our team recently to serve our in our Large Commercial Account claims department. He is a whiz with spreadsheets.

• Safia Parveen - Claims Handler

  Safia deals with claims enquiries and servicing and is always happy to speak with clients regarding insurance claims. Her calming manner is very welcome when you are in trouble!

• Margaret Warwood - Administration

  Margaret has worked with Michael for twenty years and helps in many ways. Her cheerful Christian outlook is a boost to the whole team.

• Margaret Surman - Administrator

  Margaret tried to retire this year having worked for the NFU Mutual for two decades! Her professionalism and experience is highly valued especially by longstanding customers.

• Michelle Gray - Accounts

  Michelle Gray heads up the accounts department and can deal with all your accounts enquiries.

• Tara Tooth - Administrator

  Tara is the youngest member of our team and provides support in a variety of ways to the branch.

• Scott Webb - Sales Consultant

  My role is to support the Coventry team with new sales, servicing of existing clients and to provide technical guidance on car, home and business insurance. NFU Mutual Sales Consultants are employed by NFU Mutual.

• Selina Moses - Insurance Account Handler

  Selina is a joy to have in the office; her outgoing bubbly personality will ensure that your insurance queries are dealt with in a merry and efficient manner.

• Chris Gormley - Financial Consultant and Corporate Financial Consultant
