We have an experienced yet still youthful team clocking up over 35 years insurance experience between us. We have expertise in a wide range of NFU Mutual insurance policies including; commercial, farm, horse, home, thatch, property owner and motor insurance. We will handle your claim in a fair manner.

Jeremy Atkins - Senior Agent & Group Secretary
Jeremy is the Agent for NFU Mutuals products and services. His main responsibility is for larger commercial and personal accounts including farm. He is also the Group Secretary for the Crediton & Witheridge branch of the NFU.
Melanie - Office Supervisor
Mel is responsible for the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis and can provide quotes for all the insurance products we offer.
Kerrie - Sales Executive
Kerrie deals with new business and will be pleased to provide a quotation based on your requirements.
Sarah - Insurance Services Advisor
Sarah is able to quote for motor, personal and smaller commercial risks. Sarah also handles customers claims along with Annabel.
Annabel - Claims & Insurance Administrator
Annabel is your first point of contact in the event of a claim.
Alison - Insurance Services Advisor
Alison is able to quote for motor, personal and smaller commercial risks. Alison is our accounts guru and responsible for collecting customer payments.
Christina - Life Sales Coordinator
Christina is responsible for diary appointments for our two Financial Consultants, Neil and Martin.

Neil Sparkes - Financial Consultant
Neil has been in the industry for 24 years, having previously worked in banking and as a Financial Adviser specialising in all aspects of both personal and business financial planning. Neil joined NFU Mutual in April 2001, attracted by both their customer service ethos and mutuality status.
Martin Green - Corporate Financial Consultant
Martin has been with NFU Mutual for ten years and deals with Financial Planning for Businesses (Limited Companies, Partnerships and Sole Traders) with particular emphasis on Protection (including Keyman Insurance, Business Protection), Retirement Planning (including Self Invested Personal Pensions, Pension Transfers, Group Stakeholder) and Savings and Investments.
