Robert Jones - Senior Agent
I am the Senior Agent looking after all aspects of the business locally. I have over 15 years experience in the insurance industry both agricultural and commercial. I believe that a high level of customer service is of great importance to all our clients.
Zara Birnie - Agent
I have over 22 years experience with NFU Mutual and can assist with providing cover on all general insurance policies provided by NFU Mutual. I pride myself on the long-standing relationships I have built-up with my clients
Angela Steele - Agent
Having worked for the company since 2002, I am experienced in all aspects of NFU Mutual's Insurance policies. My role involves reviewing policies for existing customers and arranging cover for new clients, both farming and non-farming. Our personal service ensures we know your business and its needs.
Irene Brown - Account Executive
I have been based as Account Executive in Crumlin for 2 years, but previously worked for sales administration in the office. I have therefore built up an excellent knowledge of farming customers in our local area and now I also specialise in commercial insurances. I enjoy visiting customers to get a feel for the business to properly understand the cover required.
Karen Keep - Office Manager
I am the Office Manager and accounts clerk. Having worked in the agency for over 7 years, I have a wealth of insurance experience and knowledge of the local area. My main duties are ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office including sales, accounts, processing and claims handling.
Katrina Falloon - Office Administration & Sales
I have over 8 years experience in the insurance industry and specialise in NFU Mutual's range of motor and personal insurances. Whether it is a new quote, mid-term amendment or claim, I recognise the benefit of providing a local personal service.
Pauline Stewart - Office Administration & Sales
I have worked in the agency since 2007 and I am a specialist in NFU Mutual's range of car, home and contents and commercial vehicle policies. I also deal with any amendments which are required from policy inception to renewal, along with any claims. Our customers renew year after year because of the local, friendly service they receive.
Uel Erwin - Financial Consultant
Uel is the Financial Consultant for the South Antrim and wider area and is available for one-to-one consultations either in our office or in your home where he can advise on a comprehensive range of financial products including investment plans, pensions and protection. He can also provide valuable advice on inheritance tax issues and our range of products.
NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
Kevin Acum - Risk Management Consultant
Helping to take the stress out of health and safety matters that affect your business, Kevin is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health. He will provide you with the assistance your business requires to ensure that you are complying with all current legislation.
