  Jim Watt - Senior Agent

  Jim became an NFU Mutual Agent 20 years ago, and has a wealth of experience in rural, farming and larger commercial insurances. He regularly meets with existing and new customers in the surrounding area, dealing with all aspects of their insurance needs and introducing NFU Mutual’s range of financial products (including pensions, savings and investments). Jim is also the NFU Group Secretary for Derby and regularly assists his local farming customers.

  Tim Winder - Agent

  Tim has been an Agent for several years now, having started life as a Sales Executive in the Derby branch. Tim enjoys meeting new and existing customers in the local areas, using his wealth of experience in farming, rural and large commercial insurances. Tim is also the NFU Group Secretary for Melbourne, and regularly assist his local farming customers.

• Frank Moore - Agency Manager

  With over 12 years experience in the insurance industry, Frank has been with the branch since September 2009. As Agency Manager at Derby and Eastwood, he oversees the daily running of the branch, ensuring the team continue to give first class service to new and existing customers.

• Helen Chamberlain - Sales Associate

  A member of the New Business team at the Derby branch, Helen has over 10 years experience with NFU Mutual. Helen is also happy to provide a quotation for your business, motor or home insurances. And of course being the NFU Mutual she can insure your horses or tractors too!!

• Deborah Sheldon - Senior Customer Service Advisor

  With over 5 years experience with NFU Mutual, Deborah heads up the Customer Service Team. She is happy to arrange insurances for your cars, commercial vehicles, properties, horses or businesses. Deborah also deals with claims, mid term changes and general policy queries.

  Collette Cronin - Customer Service Advisor

  With 4 years experience, Collette is an integral member of the Customer Service Team answering general queries on Personal and motor insurances, explaining details of your policies and dealing with mid term changes. Collette enjoys providing quotations for motor and personal insurances including cars, house and horse covers. Collette also deals with claims and is happy to help you to ensure they are as painless as possible.

  Katrina Giles - Accounts

  Kat utilises her wealth of experience to ensure that the accounts are always up to date. Kat also deals with all policy payments, direct debits and refunds.

• Andrew Fillery - Agents Assistant

  Andrew uses his expertise to assist the branch in everyway possible. This includes assisting Jim and Tim in the administration of their workloads, and ensuring their diaries are up to date.

  Louise Palmer - Sales Consultant

  Providing technical support to the branch in their sales and servicing activity. NFU Mutual Sales Consultants are employed by NFU Mutual.

  Andrew Miles - Financial Consultant

  Andrew advises on Investments, Inheritance Tax Planning, Pensions and Life Insurance for personal and business circumstances. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.

• Sarah Nunn - Risk Management Consultant

  Sarah is employed by the NFU Mutual. Her role within the company is to provide advice and solutions to customers with regards to their Health & Safety requirements. Risk management services are provided by NFU Mutual Risk Management Services Limited.
