  I joined NFU Mutual in 1993, having graduated from Harper Adams Agricultural College and I became senior partner in 2007. I specialise in all agricultural & commercial business aspects.

• Maria Jones Cert CII - Assistant Agent

  I joined the Diss Branch in 2008 as a Sales and Account Handler and was appointed Assistant Agent in April 2012. I have 12 years experience in the insurance industry and specialise in commercial, personal and motor risks. 

• Lucy Kemp Diploma CII - Sales & Account Handler

  I have worked at the Diss branch since October 2000 and I look after agricultural & personal insurances, policy renewals and new business enquiries.

• Liz Coleman - Accounts

  I have worked for NFU Mutual for many years and with the benefit of my experience, I can assist with most general insurance queries. My main role within the branch is managing the accounts.

• Kirstin Muttitt - Claims Handler

  I have worked at the branch since October 2006 and I am the main claims handler for the branch. I have worked in the insurance industry for approximately five years prior to joining NFU Mutual.

• Glenys Eaton - Office Support

  I joined NFU Mutual on a part-time basis in January 2000. My main duties are to deal with filing and post. I also assist my branch colleagues where possible.
