  I have been working for the Basingstoke branch since May 2003 and prior to this I worked as an Underwriter with NFU Mutual for a total of 21 years. I am experienced in handlings all types of Motor, Household, Horse and Business Insurance and I can also arrange for our Financial Consultant to contact you at a convenient time to discuss Pensions and Investments.

  I joined the branch in November 2009 with over 20 years of customer service experience. I am in the office on Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays. I deal with all general enquiries and specialise in motor quotes and alterations.

• Allen Perry - Accounts Administrator

  I have over 30 years experience, prior to joining the branch in 2005. My primary role is to deal with the agency accounts and I am in the office on Mondays, Tuesday mornings and Thursdays. My hobbies include golf, my allotment, motor racing, & my grandchildren - not necessarily in that order! 

• Angela Cunningham - Customer Services Advisor/Accounts Administrator

  I have been with the team since July 2004 and am currently in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays. I deal mainly with any general enquiries specialising in motor and household quotes and alterations. I also assist Allen with our accounting. 

• Emma Bowden - Claims Administrator

  I joined the branch in January 2009 and primarily deal with managing claims in the office. I also deal with day to day customer servicing and enquiries specific to motor and house insurance.

• Charlie Jones - Customer Services Advisor

  I have worked for NFU Mutual for a year now and bring years of Customer Service experience. I am happy to assist you with any of your Motor, Commercial Vehicles, Tractor, Home and Lifestyle queries.  I am currently undergoing my Commercial Business training and I look forward to excelling in this area too.  My favourite thing is football and follow Chelsea at home and away.

• Sarah Lovegrove - Claims Advisor

  I've been with NFU Mutual since March 2011, I bring great experience from a Customer Service & Support background.  I am currently able to help you with any questions regarding your car, home, travel or tractor insurance as well as any claims enquiries you may have.  Outside of the office, I enjoy baking cakes, running, going for country walks and my cat, Samson.

• Darren Head - Sales Administrator

  I joined NFU Mutual in April 2011, bringing 7 years experience from the Customer Service and Sales Industry.  I currently hold licenses for Motor & Home & Lifestyles and I am currently working towards my Commercial license too. I play football at the weekend for a local team and I enjoy reading and listening to music, but not at the same time!

• Kat Streeter - Customer Services Advisor

  I am the newest member of the team, having only been at NFU Mutual since September 2011, but I am eager to learn. I have a strong Customer Service background. I am currently able to assist you with any Car Insurance questions or quotes and I am about to start learning Home & Lifestyle policies. I love to spend my spare time surfing - when I can, keeping fit and drawing. 

• Nick Connell - Financial Consultant

  I am the NFU Mutual Financial Consultant for the Dummer branch, with over 20 years experience in the financial sector, 12 of which have been in financial planning, I offer advice and assistance on life and illness cover, pensions and investments and all other financial requirements. I live locally and can meet you at a time to suit you.
