Jim became an NFU Mutual Agent 20 years ago, and has a wealth of experience in rural, farming and larger commercial insurances. He regularly meets with existing and new customers in the surrounding area, dealing with all aspects of their insurance needs and introducing NFU Mutual’s range of financial products (including pensions, savings and investments). Jim is also the NFU Group Secretary for Derby and regularly assists his local farming customers.

Tim has been an Agent for several years now, having started life as a Sales Executive in the Derby branch. Tim enjoys meeting new and existing customers in the local areas, using his wealth of experience in farming, rural and large commercial insurances. Tim is also the NFU Group Secretary for Melbourne, and regularly assist his local farming customers.
With over 12 years experience in the insurance industry, Frank has been with the branch since September 2009. As Agency Manager at Derby and Eastwood, he oversees the daily running of the branch, ensuring the team continue to give first class service to new and existing customers.

Terry is the Senior member of the Sales team at the Eastwood site. He brings a wealth of experience in dealing with people for different type of backgrounds - from multi-national companies, to self employed individuals. He is qualified in all areas of NFU Mutual insurance products, and specialises in Business Insurances. Terry strongly believes in the ethos of the NFU Mutual, ensuring that all customers receive first class service.
