  I began working with NFU and NFU Mutual in 1988 and am currently the Agency Manager. I am experienced in dealing with motor, home and lifestyle, equine and commercial insurance and look forward to dealing with your insurance queries. Currently I work part time at this branch with the rest of my time spent working at NFU Mutual Head Office in Stratford upon Avon.

  Rhian Thomas - Insurance Administrator

  I joined the Williams & Nicholas team at their Fishguard office in December 2004, following completion of my BA Hons Degree in Theatre, Music and Media. I am able to help you on all aspects of motor, equine, home & lifestyle and various commercial insurances. I can also offer assistance with any accounting queries, claims and other day to day questions - including making amendments to existing policies. I like being able to help our customers, customer satisfaction is important to us. I also enjoy working as part of an excellent and friendly team here. The ability to speak Welsh fluently helps me greatly in my work.

  Anne Evans - Insurance Administrator

  I joined the Williams & Nicholas team in their Fishguard office in May 2008. I am a dairy farmers' daughter, with sound knowledge of the local farming community. I can offer help on any motor, equine or home & lifestyle insurances. As well as this, I also enjoy handling your claims, any queries associated with them and other day to day general enquiries - including amendments to existing policies. There's always a welcome here for you, whether you are an existing or new customer. I enjoy my work and being a member of the team here - there's never a dull moment!!

  As well as our staff at the office we have a team of people to support us in providing a first class customer service with our Area Manager, Marian Evans, Sales Consultant, Paul McCarthy and a Staff Engineer, Alan John who are based at our Carmarthen area office together with a team of dedicated Underwriters and Claims Handlers based at the Wales regional office in Cardiff Bay. We also have the services of Terry Davies our Financial Consultant who can offer advice on NFU Mutual's broad range of Financial Services. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
