Situated just off the A21, with easy access and client parking facilities, we service the East Sussex and Kent borders, however we are not limited to just these areas as we also have an existing UK wide customer base. Our helpful, friendly and knowledgeable team provide professional and individual advice in all private and business insurance matters. Specialising in farming and commercial insurance, having gained a degree in agriculture and having worked as a farm manager, together with loss adjusting experience of 14 years, Martin has unsurpassed technical expertise in all aspects of rural insurance matters.
Michele Jarvis -
Assistant Agent
Dedicated and passionate about customer service and the products we offer, Michele can advise on all commercial and personal insurances. As a qualified BHS riding instructor and having ridden and kept horses all her life, Michele can help with any equine insurance matter.
Martin Collins -
Financial Consultant
With over 20 years experience, Martin is fully qualified and a member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance. He's available to offer expert advice on our wide range of financial services and related products.

Judith Rose -
Office Manager
With over 22 years insurance experience within NFU Mutual, Judi is our oracle on servicing existing policies. As well as meeting your insurance requirements, Judi will go that extra mile to find a solution to any insurance query.
Sales Team
Together with Judi, Sue Stone and Maria Smith, are likely to be your first point of contact. Sue joined us in early 2007 and has obtained her motor, personal and equine licences and will offer you an excellent level of customer service. Maria, has 17 years NFU Mutual insurance experience in both underwriting, sales and training and together with Judi and Sue, will provide quotations for your insurance needs.
Christine Drabble -
Claims
We pride ourselves on our excellent claims service. We have a specialist claims handler who will guide you through the claim process, assisting you every step of the way.
Accounts
Cheryl Hart, along with Angela Trowell and Enid Gayler, will assist you in setting up direct debits and at your request can accept debit/credit card payments.
Other team members
Wendy Smytherman is our highly organised office secretary and together with Julie Pocock and Tess Webber who deal with our filing and renewals, provide back office support, without whom, the rest of the team could not function.
