Katie joined NFU Mutual this year bringing 11 years experience of Personal Lines Insurance to the branch. Katie will be your first point of contact for all your Home and Car Insurance needs, but also for your Horse, your Horsebox, your Vintage Tractor and all manner of other valuables. Katie will make sure that you are kept informed from the quotation to providing all your documentation and even handling your claim if the worst should occur.
Leanne has recently joined the Frodsham team from MoneySuperMarket.com and she has completed her training programme at an impressive pace. She is now able to deal with both new and existing customers, assists with any enquiries on new policies and renewals as well as adjustments you may wish to make through out your cover. Leanne is also a dab hand with databases and if you receive a letter from us in the future she will probably have been involved in sending it out to you.
Diane is our Risk Management Services Sales Consultant and is available to come and talk to you about tailor made Health and Safety Packages to suit any business and budget. Mark has a wealth of experience in the financial services industry and can advise you on NFU Mutual products and services, and in special circumstances those of other providers. Mark regularly visits clients to discuss their financial needs, including protection, pensions, investments and inheritance tax planning, or simply providing a general financial review. NFU Mutual Financial Consultants advise on NFU Mutual products and services and in special circumstances those of other providers.
Owen joined NFU Mutual in 2004 and has been a key driver in the development of the branch in Frodsham. Previously he worked in various insurance roles for Prudential followed by five years with Abbey National Bank, initially helping establish their direct insurance operation in Liverpool and subsequently managing the relationships with their insurance partners. Owen will be providing ongoing support to the branch and is a vital link between our customers and services delivered from our regional service centre in Chester.
